This Privacy Policy explains what information Impact Clinical Advocacy collects through this website, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to impactclinicaladvocacy.com and to inquiries sent through the website’s contact form.

Who We Are

Impact Clinical Advocacy is a brand operated by Impact Integrative Wellness Advocates, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Impact Integrative Wellness Advocates, LLC operates this website and is responsible for the information described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • Your role (for example, a patient or family member, or an attorney or legal professional)
  • The service you are interested in, if you select one
  • Your general inquiry message
  • Your preferred way for us to reply

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. As with most websites, the service that hosts and delivers this site receives technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This information is used to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, this site does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Review and respond to your request
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Coordinate a consultation, when appropriate
  • Maintain and protect the operation of this website

If you choose phone as your preferred contact method, we may call you at the number you provide.

Contact Form Processing

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree, which delivers a notification containing your submission to our business email address. Formspree also keeps a copy of submissions in a submission archive connected to our account, and it uses automated spam filtering, which may review the content of a submission and technical details such as your IP address.

Formspree’s handling of information is described in Formspree’s privacy policy.

Email Communications

We send and receive business email through Apple’s iCloud Mail service. Contact form notifications, emails you send us directly, and our replies are stored in that email account.

Apple’s handling of information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.

Sensitive Medical Information

Our contact form is for general inquiries only. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other sensitive health information through the form or in your first email to us.

This website is not a patient portal and is not designed for sharing medical records. A brief, general description of how we can help is enough for us to respond.

Submitting the contact form or emailing us does not, by itself, establish a professional-client relationship with Impact Clinical Advocacy.

Sharing of Information

Your information may be processed by service providers that we rely on to operate this website and respond to inquiries, including:

  • Formspree, which processes and stores contact form submissions
  • Apple (iCloud Mail), which provides our business email
  • Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers this website (Cloudflare’s privacy policy)

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, to provide any services you engage us for, and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations.

Contact form submissions may remain in our Formspree submission archive and in our email account until they are deleted. Our service providers may also retain information according to their own policies. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information as described under Your Privacy Rights.

Security

We use reasonable measures, appropriate to the size and nature of our business, to protect the information we receive. This website is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

However, no website, form service, or email system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet. For this reason, our contact form and email are not intended for sensitive health information.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. Whether a particular law applies depends on factors such as where you live and the size and nature of our business.

Wherever you live, you may contact us to:

  • Ask what information we have from your inquiry
  • Ask us to correct that information
  • Ask us to delete that information, subject to any records we are required to keep

California residents

California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, apply to businesses that meet certain requirements. Where those laws apply to us, California residents may have the right to know about, access, correct, and delete their personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Making a request

To make a privacy request, email us at contact@impactclinicaladvocacy.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
